This country cottage to let is full of charm, a holiday
home in Connemara that has been renovated to an extremly high standard.
This country cottage has unsurpassed views of the Twelve Bens, Connemara's
famous mountain range .The cottage gets its name from the babbling brook
that runs alongside the cottage. The Connemara National Park is only a
short drive away as is Kylemore Abbey, one of the west coast's most famous
landmarks. See location on Map (No. 11).
Kylemore is an area of great beauty. Fishing is available locally on Kylemore
Lough, this area is also a favourite with hill walkers. The village itself
is small with one shop/petrol station, post office and hotel.
Accommodation - Interior:
The cottage has two ground floor bedrooms, both ensuite,
a large fully fitted kitchen / living area, with french doors, opening
onto a sunny patio, overlooking the brook . The kitchen itself is well
equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker and hob, and a
fridge freezer. The wooden beamed sitting room also has an oil fired stove.
This cottage also boasts a thatched picnic area.

Weekend and Short breaks welcome.
Due to it's proximity to the water, this cottage may be
unsuitable for small children.
